  Really quick service, staff really nice and chatty. Got stuck trying to get out of the airport and they some random avis staff stopped to help despite not knowing we were customers. 4th or 5th time renting a car here and this was defiantly the easiest and we actually got the car we booked which is a first for us in fue :)

  Avis Car rental office in the Hotel utterly pointless when the rude member of staff directs you to a machine in the hotel lobby to ‘book’ a car. (R2 Rio Calma)

  Escroquerie... désinformation concernant les charges qui arrivent secondairement et je n'avais pas pris l'assurance ma carte de crédit assurant la couverture: nous avons eu un soucis avec le miroir d'un rétroviseur volé, lorsque je demande copie du constat les frais s'élèvent à 110€ de réparation et 70€ de frais de dossier alors qu'il m'est facturé 255€ supplémentaire le lendemain du jour où j'ai rendu la voiture

  Budget/Avis Fuerteventura tried to rip us off. Upon returning the car it was confirmed by an employee that there was nothing wrong with the car. Two days later more than 2.000 € extra were charged on our creditcard without any explanation! After informing Budget/Avis that we will involve a laywer the money was returned, again without any explanation!

  There were cars parked outside the hotel with “ready to go” in the window yet you can only have them from the following day.
